What rewards can I earn with the Pyromaniac Loyalty Rewards program?

Upon sign-up you will receive a reward for a Free Welcome Starter* (appetizer).

With every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point in rewards. Rewards are accrued, and you will earn a new reward at specific point values. Points can be saved and can, but do not have to, be redeemed at any particular threshold. For example, if you earn 950 points, and get the ‘free beanie’ reward, but you don’t want the beanie, you do not have to redeem your points for a beanie. Instead, you can either bank those points for a high point-value reward, such as a t-shirt, or you can use those points to redeem for lower point-value items. They’re your points! Use them on your way!

How do I check my points balance?

Visit the “My Rewards” portion of the app. Your point tally is located at the top of the page. The rewards you can redeem with your points are located below. If they are locked, you do not have enough points to unlock that particular reward yet.

How do I redeem my points?

At each reward level, you will ‘unlock’ a new reward and it will appear on your app in the Rewards Section. Click the ‘Redeem’ button and proceed with the ordering process. You can also redeem rewards directly at any Red Door Woodfired Grill location by informing your server before paying.

Are there any exclusions to what I can redeem my points for?

There are a few items excluded from the food rewards.

• The Free Welcome Starter does not include Prime Rib Egg Rolls.
• The free dessert does not include the Red Velvet Cake.
• The free handheld does not include the Prime Rib French Dip.
• The free entree does not include the KC Strip & Fries, the Jalapeño Chicken, or the Whiskey-Soaked Prime Rib. 

Can I redeem my points for cash?

Points earned through the Red Door Rewards Program have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are solely for the purpose of earning and redeeming rewards within our program.

How do I earn points for my visit when I order online?

Rewards for online orders made through the app are automatically added to your loyalty rewards account. Rewards may not show instantly so please be patient as the system updates in intervals.

How do I get my reward item?

During the checkout process of redeeming a reward on the app, you will be asked to provide a shipping address. All redeemed rewards in a given order will be shipped to that address together. Please allow 10-14 days for processing and shipping.
